Nice location, friendly staff
Nice location, close to downtown, and with public transportation available nearby. Friendly staff. Allowed me early check-in at 10 am. Its on a pedestrian street and if you have plenty of luggage, it might be problematic. The street has several restaurants and they play music till late night. Not an issue for me. However if you need a quiet room, ask at check-in the get a room away from front street.

Good central hotel
It is a good hotel in a very central location. Many restaurants nearby, as well as museums & other attractions. You should know that the hotel is on a pedestrian street, so you’d have to walk to your taxi. The street gets noisy in the evening (restaurants, live music & a night club). We had no issues with that, had a great stay.

Spacious and Clean
Very nice hotel on in the Bohemian District of Belgrade. Stayed two different times in this hotel during the trip. Once in a junior suite and once in a standard room. Both were very large with comfortable double beds and large marble bathrooms. Mini-split air conditioners were quiet and reliable - something you really want during Belgrade summers. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Let them arrange your taxi. It's easy to get ripped off by Belgrade taxi drivers if you don't know your way around. (Happened to us twice.) The hotel will get you a reliable metered taxi or a hired car. They even helped my wife retrieve her cellphone when she left it in one of the scammer taxis. A great full Serbian breakfast was included in our rate at a restaurant about 50 yards away. We tried two other restaurants in the area and were pleased with the prices and food quality. Expect a lot of food! The entrance can be a little difficult to find as it is just one door next to a nightclub entrance, but the actual hotel is very big. Other reviewers complained about noise, but we didn't have any problems. It was very quiet - at least compared to downtown Amsterdam. Note: The hotel is located on a walking-only street with a river rock road. It is probably not a good choice if you have accessibility problems or a large amount of luggage.

Having in mind the area known for its bohemian and merry lifestyle, do not expect quiet nights; because it will be your mistake if you do so. The hotel is perfectly located in the old center and all attractions are reachable on foot. The rooms are clean and spacious with nothing short of. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Will I go there again? With no second thought!

Great room and staff. Comfortable and right on Skadarska. Excellent price, especially for the location. Breakfast upcharge was a bit steep for the area and for the offerings. Carrying my luggage up and down a flight of stairs to get to reception was a surprise as well, but after checkout the desk manager helped. Staff was attentive and courteous—if I have the chance to stay in Belgrade again I’ll be happy to choose Luxury Rooms Velika Skadarlija.

The room was good size, nice bathroom too. It only had two little prison windows you couldn't see out of without standing on chair. The street is rocks, so dragging a suitcase is problematic at the least, total tourist area, btw.

Nice hotel in great location
The hotel is located in a great area, so many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and modern with a great shower and very comfortable bed. Staff were all helpful and kind.

A magical two weeks
It is in the heart of the Bohemian Quarter, just 2 blocks away from Republic Square which is at the center of everything worth seeing in Belgrade. The room was large, clean and with the amenities one would expect from a 3 star property. The staff was friendly, helpful and all of them spoke English quite well. The breakfast is in a restaurant about 100 meters from the hotel. It was insanely good and such a good deal that you simply cannot reserve without it. Sasha did everything one could want from a waiter. I write during the day and there is a good lounge area on the first floor. Belgrade has about 1 sq. km that is absolutely magical and Velika Skadarlija is on the edge of it, so everything is an easy walk. I was skepitcal of Belgrade and only came because it was open despite COVID. However, we will return and we will book here.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff and the room was very clean. Great air conditioning and very quiet. Would definitely be staying again at this very reasonably priced hotel and the numerous amount of excellent Serbian restaurants on the street just a few steps from the hotel is a bonus.

Modern comfortable spacious accommodation
It s a modern room in a pedestrian cobblestone area of Belgrade. The whole street is full of restaurants and every night it s crowded. Once you get inside the hotel thought it is quiet. They have responsive front desk 24/7 and they re helpful. You can even call from somewhere to ask them to send you cab back to the hotel. Spacious room and spacious modern bathroom.

What a gem! I chose this property because I know the area well and the location is perfect for sightseeing and evenings out. It is set on an old cobble stoned street with traditional restaurants and bars but the very efficient double glazing cuts out any unwanted noise though we chose to open the window to listen to the folk musicians. Note that this is a pedestrian zone so you will be dropped off at the end of the street. Ask the taxi driver to drop you at the bottom end as it's closer. The property is a converted listed building and as such there is no lift so be aware of this if you have mobility problems. You need to carry your suitcase upstairs! The accommodation was very clean, fresh and comfortable and the reception staff were all extremely helpful with anything we asked for. Vera, one of the receptionists, was excellent though all were friendly, and very professional. Breakfast is served at the partner restaurant a few doors down. You order your hot drink and then help yourself to the delicious buffet comprising cooked meats, local cheeses, breads, sauces, fruit, fruit juices, yoghurt, cooked items such as eggs and local sausages and pastries. There is plenty to choose from. We were also given a 10% discount voucher to eat at the Restaurant Velika Skadarlija where the food was fabulous. Portions are large - be warned! I would not hesitate to return to this accommodation and certainly recommend it.
