The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location and the entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The director of customer service (manager) was outstanding and addressed any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great with a ton of options and was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. I only walked through the spa but it, too, was over the top wonderful and had everything you could possibly want. I travel extensively, and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. I don't think you can do much better than this hotel in all of Belgrade.

We booked in for 1 night, so didnt have time to use the spa or the gym. However, its an impressive hotel with a who's who of celebrities such as Tito to Mark Hamill. If we get a chance to return, we'll definitely stay here again

A really lovely hotel with a high standard. Thankful fir the nice guy(that I unfortunately didn’t get his name) that checked us in til the guy at the concierge that even charged or EV so we could have a full battery before traveling onward. - Faint smell of vomit from the bed. - Concierge recommended a ridiculous boat trip, it could have been recommended by a hostel but not a five star hotel. Excellent service and quality at the restaurant on the top. In the lobby bar there was a young waiter that was sub par, otherwise great staff in the lobby bar.
