Food was good, slightly under staffed, there is new construction areas unfinished and kids have access. Open manholes in places without covers replaced and quite a lot of tiles missing around the pool. Overall ok but some attention to the maintenance.

Very big resort! So many interesting things to see. Beautiful garden well maintained. Aqua park is off season but looks awesome. Nice room, cosy bed. Spa is available for all guests. Breakfast buffet had many options, everything taste great! Reception organized airport transfer for me at fair price. Wonderful experience!!!

Coming from Wisconsin with 3 kids I wanted a resort where I didn’t have to leave for 2 days. At SClub that’s what you get. Great food, plenty of options to eat and drink and the hotel rooms are perfect for families. I didn’t like the secure parking at first but had no problem by the 2nd day. Next time I’m in Serbia I will stay at SClub and will enjoy the new slides that are being installed.

Thin walls, no Wi-Fi and away from Belgrade

No Wi-Fi and TV. The receptionist told us that they had technical problems, and will be fixed in few hours or next morning latest, but I could tell she was not being honest as Wi-Fi in restaurant was working fine. I guess they feel that Wi-Fi and TV is not important for guests visiting property out of season. Paper thin walls so we could hear literally everything that was going on next door. Boiler was not more than 50l., so we had to wait for 45 mins before next person could take shower. Far away from Belgrade centre. At least 35 min drive.

Die meisten positiven Bewertungen sind definitiv Fake. Und leider konnte ich keine Google Bewertungen finden ,die schlecht ausgefallen und gelogen sind. Wirklich jede schlechte Bewertung kann ich so unterschreiben. Absolut unfreundliche dreiste Mentalität. Und ich sage dass, weil sie die dreisten Gegebenheiten wirklich ganz freundlich kommunizieren. Essen nur was auf der Karte steht und das nehmen die wörtlich. Keine Abwandlungen möglich. Kinder möchten die ganzen Pilzsoßen auf den Nudeln nicht. Also Aussage: nur so wie da steht. Du kannst trockene Nudeln haben aber du bezahlst 10€ wie auf der Karte steht. Und das ist nur ein Beispiel. Jeder der Familie innerhalb der 3 Wochen Margen Darm gehabt. Pools schmutzig und ungepflegt. Und sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Straßenhunde kommen und schwimmen mit im Pool ... findet auch jeder einheimische normal...LECKER. sobald das Wetter unter 27 Grad fällt bleiben alle Poolanlagen, Rutschen und Snackbars aus bzw. geschlossen. Zwischen 19:00 und 22:00 nur kaltes Wasser im Haus weil der Druck in der Leitung nicht reicht da dann bewässert wird. Dachten wir nutzen den Wäscheservice der uns vom Personal empfohlen wurde. : ziemlich genau eine Waschladung. 65€€€. Abzocke. Ein Pool war wohl defekt also lässt man das Wasser einfach Monate da drin ohne zu sperren. Lebensgefahr sollte man da rein gehen.

Leuk park met veel potentie, maar slechte staat

We hebben de S Club in het hoogseizoen bezocht met 2 families van totaal 11 personen voor in totaal 3 nachten. De check-in ging moeizaam. We hadden 2 bungalows geboekt maar kregen 4 losse kamers. Dit i.v.m. stormschade aldus de receptie. Na klagen kregen als compensatie een gratis diner buffet. We hadden een late check-in rond middennacht, helaas was er enkel iemand aanwezig die alleen de lokale taal sprak. Ook bleek dat slechts 1 van de 2 toegezegde babybedjes niet aanwezig was. Helaas was er ook geen beschikbaarheid dus gedurende het 3 nachten verblijf werd dit niet opgelost. Het resort heeft heel veel potentie maar laat het liggen op de details. Er is een leuk speeltuintje voor de kinderen met daarnaast gezellige, overdekte zit gelegenheid. Qua opzet is het erg leuk gedaan en fantastisch voor kinderen. De glijbanen zijn erg leuk, maar wel zeer beperkt open. In ons geval (hoogseizoen!) pas vanaf twee uur 's middags. De hoge glijbanen die je op veel foto's ziet zijn nog in aanbouw en kunnen niet gebruikt worden. De hygiene van het zwembad kan ook behoorlijk verbeterd worden, het water is niet echt schoon. Al met al zijn alle faciliteiten niet goed onderhouden. Verder hebben meerdere van onze families na het bezoek een voedselvergiftiging opgelopen waar we een dag goed beroerd van waren. We vermoeden dat dit van het kraanwater komt, wat bij het ontbijt staat.
