The hotel is close to the airport but the cab ride is still 30 dollars each way, Rooms are basic and had to change rooms due to leaky AC unit. Pool is crowded with local children during our stay. The food at the restaurants was very good. Only would stay here if you need a place close to the airport.

Beautiful tropical atmosphere. I had to call maintenance to fix the AC twice but they were very responsive. It was not clear how to operate the AC in the room with the controller. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wasn't thrilled with loud music at the pool till 11pm on Friday night. Overall, nice property.

The room was beautiful and super clean! We loved the pool and the fact that there was a bar easily accessible right there. Annika, the concierge, was super amazing and always available to help us with booking shuttles and timelines of how early to arrive/what to expect when traveling to other places. My stay was excellent from start to finish. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting that I almost forgot I was away from home. It truly felt like I lived there. From the comfortable accommodations to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded my expectations.
