Older hotel, large room, insufficient number of plugins for today, great breakfast, helpful staff, swimming pool and area needs some attention. Will pick up at airport for a fee. Very prompt service at airport pickup. Very good hotel stay for our family.

The property surpassed our expectation's. We were concerned about cleanliness and comments regarding safety. Our experience was not adversely impacted by either. Also, food was good, breakfast was a buffet with a good variation of options. The taxi service and tour guides were also excellent. I recommend taking a tour with Mike, you can find him outside the main entrance. We would stay here again!

When we were flying in and read the reviews I was worried. But o cewegot there nothing was the things were described in the reviews. The room was nice with an ocean view. The staff was welcoming an awesome with all of our requests and accommodations. One of the managers Lashawn was amazing alongside her team. The Bartender Ritzy was pleasant and professional. And two servers Alysha (hope I spelled her name right) and young lady making tacos at night and manning the grill. Foodwas good. And pool was nice. It's close to the water taxi where you can get to excursions or islands. The club was cool and casino. We chilled at the pool but didn't get in. I'm definitely staying there again when I come back

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The property especially on the perimeter has accumulated an unacceptable amount of debris. I was hoping by the time I left there would have been an improvement, but NOT. Further, the pool was 3ft deep end-to-end and had algae growing in it. That was disgusting to say the least. Lastly, your DO NOT DISTURB sign means knock to see if you want the room cleaned smh. On a scale of 10… I rate the property a 6. I will not revisit this property nor recommend it to others.

Check in was easy, we had a last minute change day of to change our room from what we had reserved, that was relatively easy. The room was run down, not very clean a/c made a clunking noise all night we were too tired to complain that night but in the morning requested a different room, better cleaner room but still felt like a cheap hotel. Breakfast was good hot fresh buffet style local food. Lobby and restaurant felt hot like the a/c is not working well. Went to gym the thread mill didn’t work didn’t stay long. Bar has a long happy hour stop at 8pm.

Wonderful staff in all departments and clean facilities! Very nice free breakfast with reasonable purchase options. What brings it down is the lack of coffee pot and microwave in the room, the stingy and often threadbare towels and the very long wait for hot water in the shower (we were on the 5th floor). Great elevator system- fast smooth and quiet. Cudos to Sayda (consierge) and Sylvan (restaurant) for their outstanding service and friendly attitude during our week long stay.
