Clean and comfortable spot on the Northside of Belize City

This is a simple, but clean and comfortable hotel on the north side of Belize City, on the Philip Goldson (Northern) Highway. Lovely deck in the back, adjacent to the Belize River. Very courteous and helpful staff.

A nice safe, friendly place. The air conditioning worked well. The ceiling fan only had one speed, and the Hot water was not so hot. But after a week of taking cold showers on an island the water was nice enough.

ripped off

I paid for 6 nights based on online desription of property. I was not satisfied with the ommisions and asked for a refund. I called third party VRBO and have yet to get ananswer about my refund. I had to pay for an additonal resort in San Pedro which was much better and twice the price but lived up to it online features and benefits.
