This 3-bedroom cottage is nestled in the heart of NW Arkansas bike trails, just minutes away from Blowing Springs Park, Slaughter Pen Trails, and the new OZ Bike life. The homes proximity to bike trails ensures that you can enjoy endless biking adventures right from your doorstep. Inside, guests find a lovely mix of comfort with a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed spread across the bedrooms. Two bathrooms offer convenience, each featuring a refreshing shower and a hair dryer. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of biking or getting ready for a night out, this superb house has you covered. The home is a short drive to Crystal Bridges Museum and Downtown Bentonville, offering the perfect blend of country tranquility and city convenience. Wonderful location close to all the fun things to do, trails, Bentonville and even a small drive to quality outdoor shopping. The property was well cared for. Everything we needed was there and even some extras we had not thought about. This would be a great place for a couple wanting to reconnect, a small family ready to explore (one tv in living room and a couple monitors you can game/connect to) or even just a single person needing a get away. The view is beautiful and the host was great with communication. She gave great suggestions for food, communicated well and was there if needed.
Stayed 3 nights in Mar 2026
