host was great communicator

Me and a buddy came to ride MTB's for a week and this spot was perfect. Nice size rooms, decorated like a Pinterest showroom and totally set up for bikers. We had a hiccup with the initial accessing of the property which was immediately rectified by the host. I would suggest this setup to friends who are looking to ride in Bentonville.

Great for cycling trips

We really enjoyed our stay. The property location is great for mountain biking and close to grocery stores. It’s not too far from downtown Bentonville. The setup of the house is designed for cyclists. They understand that your bike needs to live inside! And there is a convenient washing station to get the bike reasonable for inside. We will definitely stay again.

A Special Property for Staying in Bella Vista

It was clean and secluded within its own compound. Beautifully decorated we enjoyed staying there. Because we were there for family reasons we only used the kitchen for breakfast, but it was well equipped for other meals. We will stay there again should the situation arise.

Fantastic cabin, great location!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 4. The cabin had everything we needed and the location was perfect for our biking and hiking needs. Adorable decor, comfortable beds, hot showers and very well maintained. We have already told all our friends and will definitely be back!

Great location

Very clean, lots of space, very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The kitchen needs more silverware and dishes and cookware. Great location to back 40 and all the trails.

Consistantly Excellant

We always stay at this property when in BV to mountain bike. The cabins are clean, modern, well furnished and right on the trails. Management is very responsive to any need that may arise during the stay.

Perfect Natural State getaway!

This is what Arkansas is about! Numerous outdoor activities, delicious food and hospitable host! You can’t beat the location or the price. The unit was spotless, roomy and very comfy! If my wife loved it trust me you will too!
