Great location for a large get together

We had a great time. House was well appointed and handled our large group admirably. The dock was fantastic, and where we spent most of our time watching the kids of all ages enjoy themselves. Highly recommend this propery.

It’s what we had expected and more, the house was pretty big and very clean. The back area was perfect for relaxing with the firepit and it was pretty secluded too which is just what we were looking for. Bill the owner was helpful and treated us respectfully. No complaints from us at all 100% recommend.

We had a staycation/girls weekend with 7 people and it was amazing! Plenty of room, views were spectacular! The weather was perfect so we spent time hanging out on the dock (the walk back up is no joke!), which was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Lakeside Treehouse

We were very pleased with our experience at this beautiful lakeside property. This was a family reunion and our younger family members spent many fun hours swimming in the lake and enjoying the the great dock and kiyaks that were provided. The property owner was a joy to work with and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay a great one.

Can't beat it

I have visited Bella Vista several times but this was definitely my favorite spot so far. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal for quick little trips to town. We utilized the fire pit, dock and kayaks. It was a perfect family vacation.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway! The house has so much space, beautiful outdoor areas and sits atop an amazing community lake. It’s quiet, has a well stocked kitchen and includes kayaks to explore the water. My group had the best time and definitely recommend this property to anyone. We will be back!

Family Vacay at the Treehouse

We had 3 generations for our summer vacation in Bella Vista. The lakehouse was comfortable, clean & the location on the lake was beautiful and serene. Everyone loved paddling the kayaks and we fixed all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The dining table easily accommodated our family of 8. The air conditioned sun room was a favorite lounging & gathering spot. And we played quite a bit of ping pong in the garage. Totally enjoyed our stay!

We found "evolve" easy to work with and the same is true for the home owners. Bill was extremely responsive to our requests and did everything to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We had a number of grand children with us, ranging from the age of 6 to 21, and most of our time was spent on the deck on the waterfront and in the water.. We also enjoyed the spacious, well equipped home. We spend 5 nights there.Thank you for contributing to make this a very enjoyable family reunion/vacation.

Bikes, Blues and Barbeque ministry trip

This was a great place. More than enough room for 3 Christian couples. The lake was awesome, the rides in the area were fantastic, 5 minutes from an excellent grocery store, the house was absolutely immaculate and very well laid out with tons of things to cook with, huge garage for all 3 bikes, great view, and last but absolutely not least... they had fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies on the counter when we arrived. Bella Vista Retreat

This was our second time to stay here. Guys MTB group. We do a yearly outing to ride the trails. We really like Bella Vista because it’s only 20 min to downtown Bentonville, and Bella Vista is beautiful! This house was great. We love it. Lake is a nice touch but what we really like is the bike garage and washing facilities and location. Because of the storms that hit Bentonville, we spent a lot of time exploring little sugar and the back 40 and blowing Springs all of these are accessible a mile or so away from this house. So it’s an excellent location.

Wonderful Family Memories

My husband and I invited our grown kids and babies for a weekend getaway to the “Treehouse”. The small and peaceful lake was so serene. We enjoyed kayaking, ping-pong, fishing, a campfire and s’mores. We also took a short hike to a nearby waterfall. The house was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The owners provided all the essentials and answered all my questions ahead of time. The beautiful, air conditioned sunroom felt like you were one with the trees and nature. We shared so many wonderful family memories and the TVs stayed off the entire stay. We laughed, ate a lot, and left “full” in more ways than our stomachs. We felt very blessed to have this home away from home!

This has to be one of the better stays we have all had. The location was very convenient, the home was beautiful, very clean, so many spaces for us and our family and kids to use. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house! Bill the owner was a great communicator and very responsive. And the fact that there were fresher baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us was such a sweet surprise! The setting on the lake and all the trees were lovely too as were the multiple decks! Perfect getaway for 2 families with young kids

Beautiful property and we absolutely loved our first time in Arkansas. The house was very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including condiments which was an extra bonus. The kids loved the dock, kayaks and game room. Plenty of fun memories were made at the Treehouse!
