GUEST ACCESS

You will have access to the entire home, yard & dock!

• The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered front & backyard area with lots of shade trees making it perfect for yard games, tailgating & hanging at the lake.

• Large circle drive with enough parking for about 6 vehicles if needed.

• Please don't park in the grass.

• Secure bike storage available if needed. Reach out to us and we'll get you the shed lock code.

• Boat/Boat Trailer parking is allowed as long as it remains on the driveway.

* As a guest, you are allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities (a list of amenities and prices can be found at bellavistapoa/com/fee-rates-schedule/) if you request guest passes from us after your booking is confirmed, at least 3 business days before your arrival. Full instructions will be provided after booking.

★ IMPORTANT: These amenities are not guaranteed by us as part of your rental agreement. Our only involvement is to request the passes so you can arrange and pay for the activities you wish to enjoy. The amenities are not free but you are provided access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. We provide your contact info to the POA, and they manage it from there and will send the passes.

• Please respect our neighbors who live here full time and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week

• We are less than a mile from the Tiree Park and Boat Dock Ramp

• We are 2.3 miles from the Highlands Golf Course & Pub

• We are 3.9 miles from the Branchwood Recreational Center

• We are 5.4 miles from the Lakepoint Marina & Restaurant (closer via water than land)

• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Feel free to bring anything you feel you may need during your stay.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

• All 3 bedrooms have lake views

• Queen sleeper sofa in downstairs game room

• Corn Hole & Croquet available to you

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
