You can access the Down Under Loop directly from the backyard.
The Little Sugar Trailhead is a simple 1-minute walk/ride from the front door.
The OZ Trails Bike Park is only 3 min drive (or~5 min downhill by bike) from the front door.

Coffee Station: Start your morning with our drip coffee maker, French press, or electric kettle.
The Essentials: Quality cookware, dinnerware, glassware, kid-friendly plates/cups, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and spices are provided.
Outdoor Cooking: Step out to the patio for the Blackstone Grill, perfect for large-scale breakfasts or post-ride burger nights.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 King Suites (one with a Jacuzzi) + 1 Queen Room + 1 Twin Bunk room with a Trundle to sleep 3, and a Queen sized pull out couch in the sunroom.
Blackout curtains and fans in every bedroom for a perfect night's sleep.
Entry: Keyless entry via a secure smart lock. A unique code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the hot tub, sauna, game room, and outdoor patio. Secure your bikes in our provided indoor racks at night!
Private driveway parking available (3 spots).
With the flat gravel driveway, we have plenty of room for those traveling with low sitting vehicles or bike racks/trailers.
