Trailwood Timbers: BV Hub For Trails, Lakes & Golf

Welcome to Trailwood Timbers! Bike in/out and spend your day riding miles of mountain biking trails with access just .5 mile from the front door; play a round of golf on one of 7 golf courses; or explore one of 7 lakes all right here in Bella Vista. Take advantage of the Bella Vista membership amenities as a guest of ours where you can enjoy pools, mini golf, pickleball and more. Then when you're ready to venture out, you're less than 15 minutes to museums & amazing food in downtown Bentonville!

As you arrived upon Trailwood Timbers you'll find the home nestled in the thick hardwoods of the Ozarks! It is quiet and private and has beautiful trees all around you.

There is parking for about 3 vehicles (1 under the carport).

You'll enter through the carport door and are greeted by an open concept dining/living area with the kitchen adjacent to them. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking and baking needs so feel free to whip up a delicious meal during your stay! The dining table seats 4 comfortably with 2 benches for seating. If you're traveling with a group of more than 4 don't fret as we have a 4 seater bar top table directly behind the dining table. In the corner of the dining area is our indoor bike storage rack for up to 4 bikes. Beyond the dining area you can settle into the cozy living room couch and stream from your own accounts on the large smart TV. We also have games stashed in the TV cabinet for you to engage the entire group!

Venturing back to the bedrooms you'll first find a laundry closet with full size washer & dryer for your use if you need it. Across the hall is full size bathroom #1 with sink, toilet and shower/tub combo. Shower soaps are provided for you!

At the end of the hallway you'll find our two bedrooms. The first bedroom (on the right) has a plush Queen size bed and Twin size bed along with a private en-suite full bathroom. This full bathroom has sink, toilet, and stand up shower (shower soaps provided). Bedroom 1 also has 2 large closets with hangers and a dresser so you can empty your suitcase for the weekend!

The second bedroom has another cozy Queen size bed with an additional Twin fold-away cot available to you in the closet. We also have a dresser and hangers in the closet available for your stay!

Now that you know the layout of the inside, don't forget to step outside on the deck to soak up that beautiful Arkansas weather you came here for! Outside we've got a table and 4 chairs, patio umbrella and 2 adirondack chairs for lounging! Also, feel free to enjoy the surrounding backyard space and wooded area immediately surrounding the house. This are is perfect for hammocking, throwing a frisbee or playing yard games!

*Guests will have access to the entire home (minus cleaners closets) and the yard. The carport is available for you if you'd like to park your vehicle or bikes in out of the weather.

*There is a bike wash area in the carport. Feel free to wash off your bikes before storing them indoors on the bike rack.

*We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

*Our smart TVs are for streaming your own accounts.

*Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

We don't live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you're comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

• At the Bentonville Square you'll find: Wrights BBQ, Ozark Mountain Bagel Co., Pressroom, Table Mesa, Tusk and Trotter, and Pedalers Pub... just to name a few!

• When exploring Bentonville, be sure to make a trip to Crystal Bridges.
• If you are bringing the little ones, The Amazeum children's museum is a MUST.
• Don't forget to stop by the new modern art museum, The Momentary, by 8th Street market.
