"We loved so many things about hotel excelsior, the breakfast was good, the staff was outstanding, the stair rugs could have been vacuumed more often but overall the hotel was clean, the reason I gave the overall score as 3 is the bed . The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced as they were all pretty flat, no fluff at all. "

"The room was really clean & cute & a great view! The staff was very kind, gave us a ride to the ferry when we were leaving and lots of great suggestions of what to do with our day. Easy to reach on the bus from Bellagio but not a very easy walk"
