It was listed as a non-smoking unit but that rule had clearly not been respected for a long time, or by many people. It was apparent every time you walked in. The bathroom curtain had a burn mark as evidence. Every time we came into the apartment it was awful and we had to open the windows.The shower unit isn't fully functional, only the handheld mobile shower head works, not the...
