    The grand two-storey residence comfortably accommodates up to six guests, blending refined French country styling with eco-conscious design.

    Surrounded by vibrant gardens, ancient gums, fruit trees, and wide open lawns, Mulgrave is a sanctuary for nature lovers, food enthusiasts, and slow travellers. The home features underfloor heating, solar power and rainwater tanks. Thoughtful touches, including Mini Jumbuk quilts, Appelles toiletries and local gourmet produce, elevate the boutique experience.

    Relax on the north-facing deck with a glass of wine, watch kangaroos emerge at dusk by the pond, or stroll through the lush gardens—alive with native wildlife and tranquil charm.

    French doors open from the main living area onto a north-facing deck with BBQ, dining setting, and plush daybed—perfect for entertaining or soaking in the sun.

    The luxurious master suite (downstairs) features a King bed, en-suite with freestanding stone bath and French Armoire robe. The two ample upstairs bedrooms also have King size beds which can be split into two singles – Please request this at the time of booking.

    The main bathroom upstairs also has a bath and there is also a powder room downstairs.

    The large fully equipped kitchen has a Falcon stove, a separate butler’s pantry, dishwasher and a large food prep island. The main lounge area has comfy lounges where you can curl up in front of the open fireplace. Guests comfort is assured year round with geothermal underfloor heating and reverse cycle AC.The adjoining sunroom and upstairs library are perfect spots for reading or quiet moments.

    Head outside and you will find expansive lawns for games and exploration, including a 100m driving range (BYO pitching wedge & balls). The property does also have an unfenced pond so children must be supervised at all times.

    There are two decks for outdoor entertaining, a BBQ and a fire pit where you can take in sunset views or gaze at the stars. You can also challenge your friends to a game on the table tennis table in the garage. Once again please ensure that children are supervised at all times in this area.

    The property also features a fast EV charger (Type 2 connector).

    Mulgrave House does allow pets (up to 2 dogs) but we please ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on furniture.

    Events and parties are not allowed and maximum guests must be strictly adhered to. External security cameras do monitor the front gates and lower paddock.
