Ground floor: entrance hall, garage, laundry room. 1st floor: living room-kitchen with billiards table, video projector and access to a large balcony-terrace, sauna, wc, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 cm bed) with its private bathroom (bath + shower). 2nd floor: relaxation area with TV, 4 bedrooms with washbasin (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm + 2 single bunk beds / 1 double bed 160x200 cm + 2 single bunk beds), 2 bathrooms (showers) and separate toilet. Private land all around the gîte. Between mountain pastures and forests, discover the Grange au Ruisseau, an ideal base camp for exploring the Bauges massif. Spacious rooms, friendly kitchen, billiards table, sauna, video projector and TV lounge ... Everyone will find a space in which to relax. Splendid haven of peace in the heart of the Massif des Bauges! Bordered by a stream, this tastefully renovated barn gives pride of place to volumes and noble materials. It is ideally designed to meet while maintaining its privacy; take advantage of the billiards table, the sauna or its sun-drenched terrace from where you can establish the program of your stay.

Magnifique chalet en bois tout équipé

Magnifique gite en bois tout équipé, literie très confortable, hôte très gentille et très accueillante! Nous étions un groupe de 10 et un enfant et tout était parfait ! Cuisine très bien équipé. Cadre Exceptionnel. Tout était vraiment parfait!! Nous avons juste envie de revenir et louer ce gîtes
