Ground floor: entrance hall, garage, laundry room. 1st floor: living room-kitchen with billiards table, video projector and access to a large balcony-terrace, sauna, wc, 1 bedroom (1 160x200 cm bed) with its private bathroom (bath + shower). 2nd floor: relaxation area with TV, 4 bedrooms with washbasin (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm + 2 single bunk beds / 1 double bed 160x200 cm + 2 single bunk beds), 2 bathrooms (showers) and separate toilet. Private land all around the gîte. Between mountain pastures and forests, discover the Grange au Ruisseau, an ideal base camp for exploring the Bauges massif. Spacious rooms, friendly kitchen, billiards table, sauna, video projector and TV lounge ... Everyone will find a space in which to relax.
