The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Bellevigne-les-Châteaux. It has a surface area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and a garden of approximately 300 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A large 25 m² kitchen, equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and dining area

Half a level above
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofas, and a wood-burning stove
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds (90x200)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200). A cot (up to 2 years old) is also available
- A bathroom with shower

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside
- An above-ground swimming pool (private, unheated) 4.8 m in diameter and 1.20 m deep, accessible from April 30 to September 30. Access is only possible via the fenced terrace
- A beautiful enclosed private garden of approximately 300 m²
- A 25 m² terrace facing northeast with furniture for enjoying sunny days
- A 9 m² terrace facing west with a dining area

The house is ideally located in Bellevigne-les-Châteaux, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave the house in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use
