This house was nicely furnished and the hosts were easy to work with. We enjoyed the short stay and would return again. They offered everything we needed plus they left snacks and drinks which was I nice perk!

Great place!

While visiting St. Louis, this cute and cozy house made me not want to leave. It was exactly as described and looks even better in person! Quiet Neighborhood, got everywhere we needed to go all around St. Louis in 25 minutes or less. Great place to come back to after a long day of activities. Even had stuff to do inside! Showers were good, beds were great!! My daughter changed her mind on coming with us, but she would have LOVED the kid room.. Especially the TV in there lol

Tons of character

The Holly House is oozing with character. The owners have captured the old charm while updating everything to modern expectations. The home was comfortable in every way. It's in a quiet, suburban neighborhood, but not too far from everything. The owners were very responsive to questions and cared for us out immediately. The home is a little quirky, but that made it all the more enjoyable to us.

A very well appointed house. More than adequate bedrooms. Appliances and entertainment all updated. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood yet close to shopping centers, we enjoyed our morning mile walk in the neighborhood. Communication was very easy with hosts.

Family reunion

Very quiet neighborhood and good roads to St. Louis and Swansea rendezvous. Hosts had coffee and some cold beverages in the fridge. VERY THOUGHTFUL.

Does what ya need- u get what u pay for

The second bathroom is really small , but overall the stay was coo . House is old but livable ! I would suggest getting some full body mirrors in the house and fixing the remotes but otherwise it’s all good
