"There was renovation work going on between 9am -5pm monday to friday. I had not been informed by the hotel prior to my stay there of this ongoing work. I would have changed accomodation if i had known but i ended up getting very little rest and peace. Not great !"

"We had trouble finding the entrance to the hotel by car, sign posts led us to an underground carpark but then signs seemed to stop. Once we got to reception the staff were polite but did not know how to pay for the carpark saying we needed cash when ApplePay was fine. The room was fine, clean and comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. The only reason we stayed was for a stress free early start the following morning for our flight home but the reception staff booked 12 people onto a 10 person airport transfer and the driver took out his frustration in French on the passengers waiting. In balance I would not book again given the other options available."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, from the staff at reception to those making sure our room was immaculate every day as well as the bar staff in the evening! Breakfast was outstanding and again, staff were so efficient and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back! Top marks to this hotel - can highly recommend!"
