"We love this hotel. Just found it on HOOTELS and booked due to reviews. It was fantastic! Very nice, great service and staff, all were very friendly and herlpful. We're been a little leery of Memphis lately but this place was great. They took good care of us. The view to the West is fantastic, best Sunset ever overlooking the river, Mud Island and both bridges! Access was easy and the room was perfect, it was huge and super clean. My parents have already stayed there since our visit, had the same opinion as us, and we'll definitely stay again next trip. I'd say this is our new 'go-to' hotel in Memphis."

"My parents said It was super clean and cozy and would definitely stay again! They are also grateful for such an easy check in after landing in Memphis a little after midnight. The host was extremely accommodating. "

"Wifi didnt work. No security lock on door, only flimsy deadbolt. Bathroom walls and door filthy. Toilet leaks onto floor. No lamp in room nor frig and microwave. The only good thing is beds were clean and front desk was nice. "

"Warning do not rent- this house is the worst I have ever stayed in. We couldn’t use the top floor because the AC went out and it was 90 degrees upstairs. The exterior of the home was unkept, cracking, peeling paint, glass door was missing on back door and spider webs were everywhere. The home online was blue and when we arrived it was gray. The doorbell was missing and wires were sticking out. The vents on the floor were dusty and broken, one of the vents had a manhole and we had to cover it with a chair to make sure our baby didn’t fall in it. This is a historic home and they decided to just slap paint on it. There was dirt stuck in many areas. The 1 shower we had to share was missing the glass door and the hot water knob was broken. The shower was filthy and full of bacteria.We had to shower with shower shoes on. The backyard was also unkept, dusty and next door was a construction site. We could not allow our kids to play anywhere at this home. We stayed away from this house all day and came back at night just to sleep. I am demanding my money back and will be taking legal action. This home should not be listed to rent. We begged the property management to relocate us and they would not, knowing the condition of this home. "

"This was a perfect place for our large family of 12 to stay while we played tourists in Memphis! The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the space outside to relax after being on our feet all day. The old charm of the house was also so fun! "

"The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable. All the amenities to prepare meals or dining out is in close proximity. My family and i would recommend staying at this apartment. "
