"Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spacious rooms which were super clean and opened up to a pretty and semi private patio area with communal grounds beyond. Definitely recommend!"

Pacific Bay Resort

"The resort itself is beautifully located, and there is obvious effort into the grounds and surrounds for guests. The restaurant is nicely appointed for breakfast and dinner, albeit on the more expensive side. Our room was very clean and had all the essentials. It was quite dated and tired, and did not live up to the expectation of an ‘executive’ room. The staircase is quite dangerous for a toddler, with a climbable railing that has no barrier to prevent falling. Although the top bedroom was locked off, the stairs are still accessible. A child gate would be highly beneficial in this room, and I would not recommend families with active toddlers stay in this particular room. Staff were lovely, and reasonable value for money. Would stay again if we were in the area."

Fernridge Farm Cottage

"This gorgeous little cottage was a home away from home. The picturesque setting among the mountains and green fields was overlooked by a gorgeous large deck with outdoor lounge and huge dining table. The indoor fireplace was stacked with wood and kindling and delightfully warm for our winter getaway.The cottage sleeps up to 4 (two singles and a queen) with two bathrooms. The rooms were large and the beds and pillows were comfortable with extra blankets available (but not required). The kitchen was fully stocked with eggs, milk, coffee pods, salt and pepper grinders, cooking oil, and (always a wonderful surprise) a sharp cutting knife! We did most of our cooking at the house and ventured into Bellingen (a short 5 min drive) away for some lunch and shopping. The hosts were so accommodating, lovely and responsive and we had the most incredible two nights. Highly recommend staying here, we will certainly be back again.Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage "

"The booking agency got our phone number wrong and we arrived late, but the staff helped us out despite arriving at 9pm. They had the room ready for us and were expecting our call. the place was clean and tidy, the facilities were exactly what we were looking for and a very reasonable price. We will stay there again."

"Newly refurbished room, nice modern bathroom and kitchenette. Nice big room. However the curtains are not block out and the light from the porch lights blare right into the room making it difficult to sleep at night. Reception said they are upgrading the curtains soon."
