Belmar Beach Cottage Fully Renovated

  • Fully renovated 2 Bedroom Belmar Beach Back Cottage. Open concept kitchen & living room with smart TV, seating to eat at the kitchen peninsula. Master bedroom has queen bed w/smart tv, guestroom has a full bed and the separate office with pocket door has a daybed (single). The bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench. Off of the bathroom is the utility room with a washer and dryer. Central air in the cottage. Located on 10th ave close to the beach as well as main street. Big outside patio area with seating. This is a back cottage. The front house is owner occupied. You cannot use the driveway as this is street parking only.

    WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS!! Prefer age minimum of at least 30 years old (we require proof of age). In season 2 beach passes provided and beach chairs. You bring your own linens.
