The location is excellent but the room is tired and needs attention in basic maintenance and cleaning. The ceiling fan/light doesn't work, there is no AC or TV and the toilet/ bathroom needs proper cleaning and the toilet doesn't flush properly. Room

Awesome views
In the ad it said that we were getting the whole house, however we couldn't use the downstairs and it also said there was a washer that didn't happen those were the only downfalls, besides that it was awesome.
