Hotel bem localizado com colaboradores simpaticos

Em geral foi uma boa hospedagem com bom custo beneficio, abaixo descrevo alguns pontos de melhoria. Pontos de melhoria: Ar condicionado subdimensionado (só ha um no quarto e não refrigera o apartamento, o que muito me incomodou), colaboradores da recepção se mostraram lentos ao atender uma solicitação, não informam no check in que o restaurante empresta prato e talher e nao ficam atentos quando o hospede esta ausente a noite/madrugada, fazendo com que o mesmo fique esperando os colaborares atenderem amarrotados à porta, sensor de luz mal direcionado fazendo com que a saída do apartamento fosse propicia a acidentes já que o corredor fica escuro, cafe da manha mal organizado, não se sabe o que é doce ou salgado.

Hotel simples mas bom

O hotel é limpo, cama é boa, mas o ar condicionado do quarto é muito barulhento (utilizamos 3 quartos e, em todos, o mesmo barulho). Um dos quartos era triplo, e esta cama extra era na sala, no sofá-cama... o problema é que na sala, a cortina não era blackout e não tinha nem ar condicionado e nem ventilador. Isto é muito chato! Se tem a opção de uma terceira cama, esta deveria ter condições melhores de conforto (climatização). O café da manhã é ok.

Bom com restrições

Hotel e localização bom, éramos três pessoas e a cama do terceiro um sofá que quando abria era extremamente desconfortável deixando meu filho irritado por não conseguir a dormir, sem falar do calor insuportável e nem mesmo um ventilador. Não recomendo este hotel para mais de duas pessoas. Quarto sem lixeira e faltou até mesmo papel higiênico.
