Baixo custo benefício

Atendimento muito bom de todos os funcionários, sem dúvidas. Passei uma semana e o hotel ficou sem internet durante toda a semana, nenhum wifi estava funcionando no quarto que fiquei, 403, para ter o mínimo de conexão só mesmo no hall de entrada. Infelizmente o hotel não estava disponibilizando refeição no local, por estarem em "recesso", comida somente via aplicativo. Piso do quarto ao lado da cama estava solto, bem solto, pedi cama de casal e deixaram as duas de solteiro, infelizmente não recomendo o hotel apesar do atendimento das pessoas ter sido excelente.

Ótimo custo benefício

Utilizamos o hotel para pernoitar somente. As camas eram confortáveis, com lençóis limpos, sem manchas, o café da manhã muito bom com vários itens, o atendimento no checkin e checkout foi rápido e muito gentil de ambos atendentes. Apenas registro como ponto de melhoria a limpeza dos banheiros, pois encontramos o espelho sujo, os azulejos manchados e rejuntes com lodo.

Se busca preço, está ótimo.

Foi uma experiência interessante. Se o que procura é um preço acessível, diria que o hotel esta ótimo. Se busca por qualidade esse não seria o local. É simples, bom atendimento na recepção, tem estacionamento, tem café da manhã incluso. O local tem um pouco de ruído dependendo da localização do quarto, pois esta próximo da rodovia. Como outros mencionaram o box do chuveiro é bem apertado.

Limpeza excelente. A funcionária da limpeza foi muito atenciosa, paciente e eficiente. Eu e meu marido passamos por um problema de saúde enquanto estávamos no hotel e esta funcionária foi exemplar com os nossos cuidados. No geral, o hotel é confortável, recepção é rápida e eficiente, com funcionários prestativos. E o café da manhã é muito bom!

Acceptable. A hotel convenient for an overnight stay. Not appropriate for longer stays. Breakfast is poor. No face towells. Bed too short. Check-in innefficient. Lower floor rooms too noisy due to proximity to highway. Aceitável. Hotel admissível para um pernoite. Não recomendaria para períodos mais longos. Café da manhã sofrível. Não tinha toalha de rosto. Cama muito curta. Check-in moroso e ruim. Quartos nos andares baixos muito barulhentos por causa da rodovia próxima.

Falta cuidado

Alguém precisa limpar a saída de agua do chuveiro está preta, no geral a limpeza é ok, mas precisa melhorar, janelas quebradas ficam abrindo e a cortina estava toda suja também. As portas do quarto tem que bater pra fechar então fica uma baralhureira. Os funcionários foram ótimos e super simpáticos.

O estabelecimento é, aparentenente, muito bom. Mas o atendimento dos recepcionistas é superficial, teatral. Tratan bem o hóspede, mas pir mera necessidade profissional. Estou na cidade acompanhando parente em um hospital público e fui, de certa forma, menosprezado por um funcionário de nome Rusvel. No mais, o frigobar do quarto no qual me hospedaram estava defeituoso. Uma funcionaria foi ao local, com muita demora, e fez um arremedo, mas o frigobar parou de funcionar novamente.
