A equipe de funcionários é excelente e muito prestativa. Vi alguns problemas que nunca havia visto na rede Ibis: Elevador com defeito, o que nos obrigou a subir e descer pela escada de emergência. Uma das escadas estava trancada e a outra estava tomada por baratas; o banheiro tem apenas uma meia porta de vidro, que tira completamente a privacidade. O café da manhã estvaa sem leite. Esperamos tanto o leite esquentar que desistimos. No dia seguinte, a mesma coisa... Se não fossem os excelentes funcionários, nossa estadia teria sido muito ruim. Gosto muito da rede, mas dessa vez, não foi legal.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Equipe gentil e prestativa. Café da manhã simples. O único ponto negativo foi a limpeza: o ralo da pia do meu banheiro estava um pouco obstruída por excesso de fios de cabelo de hóspedes anteriores e, nos três dias hospedagem, não foi limpa e/ou desentupida nenhuma vez. O controle remoto do meu ar condicionado também estava sem pilhas.

Terceiro mês seguido hospedando e terceira vez que preciso preencher todos os dados do cadastro novamente… alem disso, solicitei um cobertor extra que estava com cheiro de cigarro, o segundo tambem me foi fornecido sem nenhuma embalagem. A cama balançava a cada vez que o vizinho abria e fechava a porta ou encostava na parede do outro lado. A privada estava suja com restos de fezes quando eu cheguei.
