You get what you pay for

Hotel fine if you need only somewhere to sleep, shower, a toilet, & live out of a suitcase. Small shallow desk & simple chair. Two hangars. Large TV. No shelves, hooks, towel rails, or anything else. Kept removing & replacing my soap and changed towels when I hadn’t asked for that. Why? Breakfast ok and had lactose-free milk.

Quarto limpo, cama confortável único senão: dá para ouvir a TV do quarto ao lado e me fizeram subir e descer TRÊS VEZES pq a chave magnética simplesmente não funcionava após check in. Isso foi bem estressante, principalmente pq já tinha chegado tarde da noite. Mas recomendo o hotel assim mesmo.

Solicitei a troca de lençóis e a limpeza do quarto no inicio da manhã ao retornar constatei que não tinham feito, após pedir novamente foi feito a limpeza, depois dessa solicitação simplesmente pararam de ir ao quarto. Além da ausência de limpeza a pia estava entupida e havia muitas formigas.

Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no hotel. Já sabia das condições favoráveis e desfavoráveis e, por questão de logística, optamos por ele. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados. Sem defeitos em relação ao que é ofertado. Apt pequeno conforme anúncio, mas limpo, colchão e travesseiros bons, tv funcionando, café da manhã compatível com o valor extra cobrado. MAS a recepção fica a desejar pelo número reduzido de funcionários, já é a segunda vez que hospedo neste hotel e o fato se repete, é demorado o atendimento, check in ainda que com o cadastro pronto é demorado.
