Por melhor que seja o atendimento, ter um quarto conjugado ao seu sem qualquer isolamento acústico torna a hospedagem impossível. Não aceite em hipótese alguma um quarto conjugado. Essa noite um casal entrou no quarto conjugado ao meu a 1h30 da manhã. Daí pra frente a madrugada foi um inferno!

A equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa e o quarto que fiquei era muito confortável. Possuia até uma míni cozinha e uma sala a parte. Porém a limpeza deixa bastante a desejar. A área da piscina com água muito seja e na jacuzzi tbm. Piso do quarto e corredores bastante sujos. Há um acabemia ao lado e possui convênio com o hotel. Vale a pena. No geral gostei da estadia, porém há pontos a melhorar.

Vista belíssima. Longe.

O hotel é novo, então está em ótimo estado. O café é bom. A vista é o charme desse hotel, belíssima. O Uber me disse que é o bairro caro de BH, então só tem coisa chique perto dele. Achei estranho só o quarto, que parece que tem uma porta fechada que acredito que dá em outro quarto de outra pessoa, então todo barulho que faziam, a gente ouvia, a conversa, tudo. O hotel é MUITO longe do aeroporto, porque segundo o Uber, o aeroporto fica 4/5 municípios antes de BH, então fique ciente que vai levar 1h de Uber/taxi sem trânsito. O Hotel é tipo saindo da cidade, então pra quem faz passeio é bom, porque é o primeiro que deixam quando acaba. É perto do Savassi, do maior shopping BH, Mercado, Palácio da Liberdade, barato de Uber. De outros lugares é longe.

Hotel novo e vista incrível!

Hotel novo, quarto impecável, café da manhã completo, funcionários dispostos e cordiais. A área de lazer está muito bem cuidada e incrível. Sauna, jacuzzi e piscina aquecida com uma vista deslumbrante da cidade. É realmente um Belo Horizonte!

Funcionários muito atenciosos , principalmente Flávia na recepção , Vinicius e Eli no café da manhã . Café da manhã muito bom e completo . Wi fi não funciona bem ! Quarto individual muito pequeno e as portas do armário não abrem totalmente ! Pedi upgrade para um quarto com melhores condições e o gerente me cobrou R.320,00 a mais no valor de 6 diárias , sendo que em geral os hotéis oferecem um upgrade sem custo extra nenhum, quando o hóspede sinaliza o problema ,que no caso a dificuldade para acessar os armários. Devido falta de espaço , como tambem ter acesso a janela do quarto devido não ter espaço para tal . Quarto individual excessivamente apertado !

Muito Satisfeito com pequena observação

Excelente!!! Algumas observações são importantes, porém aceitáveis. 1) Café da manhã mediano e incompatível com os demais serviços oferecidos 2) O SPA não esquentou, solicitamos várias vezes e não conseguimos sucesso, viemos embora sem desfrutar desse serviço que foi um dos pontos de decisão para a escolha do hotel. Enfim, sabemos e entendemos perfeitamente que que o hotel está em fase inicial e aperfeiçoando os seus serviços. Apesar das observações, o Pallazio Torquetti será o nosso hotel da próxima vez em Belo Horizonte. Abraço...
