Péssimo

Cama desconfortável, não foi colocado a quantidade de toalhas correta para a quantidade de hóspedes. Café da manhã muito ruim, falta cuidado com as comidas e bebidas que são servidas, aparelho eletrônico, torradeira e misteira não estavam funcionando. Não tem restaurante à noite.

Fim de semana em BH

Já fiquei neste hotel em outras vezes, acho que deu uma decaída! Os funcionários são educados, no entanto a falta de serviço de quarto (devido a uma mudança do restaurante) deixou o serviço muito a desejar. Pedi duas taças que demoraram uma hora, fora o café da manhã que estava bem razoável pelo preço de estadia praticado. Achei os travesseiros oferecidos extremamente desconfortáveis. A estrutura e localização do hotel são ótimas, falta ao meu ver uma melhor administração.

Praticidade e preço justo

A localização do hotel é excelente. Fica na Savassi, perto de tudo. Para quem vem de carro, é muito fácil chegar ou sair dele para quem usa a BR 040, sentido BH-Rio. Os apartamentos são muito espaçosos (quarto, banheiro, sala com mesa e poltrona, e uma mini cozinha). O piso é de madeira (mais limpo que os de carpete). O ar condicionado são antigos e por isso fazem aquele barulho, mas suportável. O hotel já ofereceu mais agrados aos hóspedes. O café da manhã é bem legal.

Très bon pied à terre

Les appartements sont spacieux et composés d'une chambre et une grande pièce salon/salle à manger. Le quartier de Savassi est tres vivant et disposent de très nombreux bars et restaurants. L'hôtel est un excellent pied à terre Belo Horizonte.

Eu sempre que posso opto por este hotel, pela localização e por suas instalações. Quarto confortável, boa academia, sauna e piscina. E um café da manhã variado em um ambiente bem tranquilo.

Awful experience with valet service and homeless people that watches cars on the street, employees from the hotel refused to call the police when I asked.... stay away
