all the rooms when someone enters or leaves the doors make a lot of noise early in the morning, guests start to leave and no one sleeps anymore, there is no insulation against noise

Falta de conforto

Escolhi o hotel pela localização e pelas boas avaliações, mas infelizmente minha experiência não foi satisfatória. Ao chegar, fui informada de que, embora tivesse reservado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, esse tipo de acomodação não estava disponível. Fui colocada em um quarto com cama de casal, com a promessa de que a troca seria feita no dia seguinte — o que não aconteceu. Como alternativa, separaram a cama de casal e trouxeram dois colchões de solteiro. No entanto, os colchões eram antigos e desconfortáveis. Um deles estava afundado no meio e ambos eram maiores que a base da cama, o que fazia com que se inclinassem ao deitar, gerando ainda mais desconforto. O café da manhã, apesar das boas avaliações, também deixou a desejar. O ovo mexido estava sempre frio, o pão não era de boa qualidade e o único destaque positivo foi o suco. Diante da falta de conforto e da má gestão da reserva, infelizmente não escolheria me hospedar novamente nesse hotel.

De vrouw achter de bali had een kauwgom in en kauwde met haar mond open. De kamer was niet goed geïsoleerd, ik hoorde alles en iedereen. Er was maar 1 stopcontact voorzien. Ik ben gestoken door een insect op de kamer, mijn arm is erdoor opgezwollen.

Qualidade péssima de infraestrutura e atendimento

A cama de casal no quarto 212 é desconfortável, parece que emendaram 2 camas de solteiro, porque a gente acorda com "um buraco" no meio, o corpo afundado nesta emenda. O controle do ar condicionado não estava no quarto. Ao pedirmos um controle na recepção, a funcionária disse que só na segunda-feria, porque a sala que ficam os controles estava fechada e a pessoa responsável pela abertura da mesma só estaria no hotel na segunda. Pedimos uma manta porque estava muito frio, ela negou dizendo que só era uma manta por quarto, ou seja, ninguém se importa com a experiência do cliente, estávamos passando frio! As toalhas, roupas de cama muito velhas, gastas.... a toalha que meu marido usou estava tão gasta, fininha de tão velha. Sobre o café da manhã de sábado, o café literalmente estava frio. Neste hotel eu não volto mais.

Estadia legal dependendo o que procura.

Situado na frente do lago, tem acesso direto na orla para caminhada, lugar tranquilo sem comércio próximo. Eu já fiquei na rede andrade mas primeira em em Pampulha. O local é complicado estacionar, praticamente somente tem algumas vagas no valor de R$30,00 por diária. Inclusive li notícias que já aumentou o crime na região de carros então fiquem atentos. O café de manhã é satisfatório mas poderiam se esforçar um pouco, por exemplo tem a estrutura desligada para manter quentes os itens como ovos (não entendi isso). Os quartos sao legais, o colchão está ok, wifi não é muito veloz mas consegue usar.

razoável. As acomodações são boas, porém aluguei um quarto com 2 camas e só havia um cobertor disponível. Mesmo quanto solicitado outro cobertor fomos informadas que não havia mais cobertores no hotel para os hóspedes mesmo estando no inverno.

Primeiro me deram um quarto que ao abrir tinha uma pessoa dormindo sem roupa. Depois disseram que o único quarto ainda reservado era o atrás da recepção. Não consegui dormir com as recepcionistas conversando a madrugada toda e o inicio do preparo do café da manhãs às 5 da manhã. PÉSSIMO!
