"Excellent service from receptionist on arrival and they kindly upgraded us to a suite due to our celebration and we were incredibly grateful. The room was immaculate and sound from the streets outside was quiet due to the double layer of windows. Ear plugs were provided in case though. Staff all really helpful and kind.
