This stunning open plan house with amazing Lough and river views will blow you away! It is set in a gated community of similar style holiday homes and has one of the best views on the complex. After spending time discovering the many sights and activities the local area has to offer including golf and spa at the famous Slieve Russell hotel, boating and fishing (local boat hire available nearby) hiking and walking trails, Florence Court, Crum Castle and Cavan adventure centre to name but a few. Our fully equipped and impressively furnished house provides all the comfort you could wish for. The newly fitted bespoke kitchen has a fridge/freezer a hob, a double oven, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. The downstairs open plan kitchen/dining/living room affords wonderful views of the lough. The accommodation flows through to 2 large downstairs double bedrooms. One with an ensuite and one with a separate bathroom with walk in shower. The ensuite bedroom leads to a sunny patio area through french doors. A staircase from the lounge area leads to a large mezzanine sitting room with a 5/6 seater settee and curved TV with breathtaking panoramic views across the water.The third and largest bedroom with Super King Sized bed and twin en-suite can be found on this level. Linen, towels and toiletries are all included. Please note that  electric and gas are included but we operate a fair use policy of €125 pw or pro rata.  House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Driveway parking available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. (Except assistance dogs) STRICTLY No under 25s NO PARTIES/EVENTS Children are welcome but there is a glass balustrade on the mezzanine level which makes the property unsuitable for unsupervised smaller children on this level.
