Delightful traditional Breton house

Located in Belz, in a countryside hamlet near the Etel Ria, this traditional house offers a cosy and comfortable environment, in a green setting. The house, very welcoming, will be the ideal base for a memorable holiday stay and to discover the region under the best conditions, with family or friends.



IN JULY & AUGUST: RENTAL FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY



Nestled in its enclosed garden, this traditional Breton house consists on the ground floor of a common room (living-dining room), a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, and a garage. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and toilet) provide a comfortable sleeping area.

Parking is available in front of the property. From the house, the beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The house is not equipped with WIFI.

Located near the town centre of Belz and the Lorois bridge, this pleasant house is ideally situated to discover the region, enjoy the activities of the Etel port, visit the megalithic sites of Erdeven and Carnac, stroll along the quays of Saint Cado, discover the Bay of Quiberon and enjoy the multiple water activities of the spectacular Etel Ria.

Other activities: Etel and Erdeven beaches, tennis courts, sailing school, water sports, boat rentals, possibility of hiking or cycling (marked trails)...

For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 20 minutes by car.



On the Atlantic Ocean, the Etel Ria is primarily a preserved region full of coves and breathtaking viewpoints. It is also an opportunity to hike in an exceptional setting. Nearby, numerous beaches (dunes), each with its own personality and specific charm. The Etel port and Erdeven beaches allow holidaymakers looking for relaxation, sunbathing, and seaside sports to spend memorable holidays.

Another facet of the region is linked to its spectacular megalithic sites. On foot, enjoy the numerous hiking trails and stroll among the menhirs and dolmens. Discover the Prehistory Museum of Carnac and let yourself be carried away by the mysterious atmosphere of the place!

Bonne situation géographique. Rue en impasse donc très calme. Départ de chemins de randonnée autour de la maison. Possibilité de se rendre au centre bourg de Belz à pied ou à vélo ( 2kms) par un chemin boisé. Service conciergerie parfait. RAS.Tout s'est très bien passé.
