It is also 5 miles from the town of Blackduck which has all your modern conveniences.

Pontoon included in the rate between June 7 – August 16, 2024.
Pontoon NOT included in the rate before June 9 and after August 18, 2023.

We do not allow visitors who are not a paying guest.

Rates are based on 14 guests and any over this amount is extra.

The resort amenities are all included in the rate for your family to enjoy.

Note: Base Rate 1-14 Person Occupancy. Maximum Occupancy is 22. Extra Person Charge: Extra Person Charge is $50/day or $200/week per person over the base rate.

**WBR provides bedding and beds for 14 guests. Beds included in base rate for 14 guests, include 4 Queens and 2 Full/Full Bunk Beds (which sleeps 16). Only additional beds or bedding are provided if you are paying for more than 16 guests. Extra bed/bedding charges are located on General Policy page.

All guests must be registered on the guests' registry before any keys will be given to property. The quote given and paid
was for only the # of guest reserved for the duration of the reservation by ("Guest"). All guest have to
be counted(Adults, Children, Toddlers and Infants/Babies). In the case a guests is not in the count when the
reservation is made and paid ("Guest") agrees to pay for the extra person double the going
rate for the duration of the reservation stay with the credit card left on file.
