"Excellent 1 bedroom rental. Kelly promptly and pleasantly responded to all my inquiries prior to booking. Very close to the lake and short walk into Bemus Point. Rental pretty much has everything you need. I will definitely book again. Hopefully this summer or fall. Thanks again Kelly & Ben!"

"No one was at the desk to check in hottub didn’t work rooms were dirty the tub had to be run 3 times just to use it said we got an upgraded room that we were not informed about and because they were overbooked and had to give us a better room they took away the tv because we were “last minute reservation” and didn’t pay for it when it was included in the original pricing even though we booked a week in advance. They were supposed to give us a refund because we left within the first 4 hours of being there and have yet to receive my refund. When we talked to the manager she didn’t not seem surprised at all and gave us attitude for addressing the problem."
