A wonderful stay once again!

Year after year we come back to this beautiful condo! It’s spacious, immaculately clean, super cozy, and decorated with a designers touch. The location overlooking Bemus bay provides gorgeous views of the lake. Our host, Ariana, always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and is very responsive in our communication. We highly recommend this gorgeous vacation rental.

We come to Bemus Point every summer! One of my favorite places to be. This was the first time we rented a condo! It was delightful! Decor was comfortable and beautiful! The view of Lake Chautauqua was perfect. Beds are comfortable. Spacious rooms. Everything is a short walk! Looking forward to returning!! The owner is accessible if needed and easy to contact! Great place!

Everything exceeded our expectations!!! Beautiful, clean, and perfect location. My sister and her family moved to Bemus 6 years ago from Long Island. We visit a couple a couple of times a year. We have stayed at hotels and other vrbo properties. The accommodations here checked all the boxes my family was looking for. Plenty of room, extra bathrooms and location. beautifully decorated meticulously clean had everything you could possibly need. The grounds were beautiful and the property is centrally located. You can walk everywhere. The pool was amazing and all the guests we met were very friendly.

"Our family has been traveling to Bemus for over 12 years and have stayed in numerous properties. All have been wonderful experiences, yet this unit is our favorite! This 4th floor condo is absolutely gorgeous, impeccably clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Everything was perfect and the location can’t be beat! The owner was very welcoming, responsive, and provided extra touches that we really appreciated; we can’t wait to return!
