Apartment "Seaview Flat Benahavis-Marbella" with Sea View, Pool, Wi-Fi, Terrace & Garden

The 115m² apartment "Seaview Flat Benahavis-Marbella" is located in a white gated complex in Benahavis, a town in southern Spain's Andalusia region. Built in 2007, the apartment consists of a living room with luxurious, modern furniture and decorations and has marble floors. The apartment also has a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms with floor heating and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), full hot/cold air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea view from their balcony and relax on the private open and covered terraces that are fully equipped with a dining area, lounge set, sun loungers, a private grill, and plants. The outdoor area features a superb, well-maintained subtropical garden, 2 outdoor swimming pools with showers and sun loungers, and stunning views of a golf course, Gibraltar, and Africa. The property also has a gym with high quality machines as well as 24h-security and concierge service.

The apartment is surrounded by golf courses and is just a 7 minute (4 km) drive from the Puerto Banus luxury yachting harbor and 12 minutes (6.5 km) by car from the town of Marbella. The apartment is just a 1 to 10 minute (1 km to 6 km) drive from a restaurant, a cafe, a bar, and a supermarket. The apartment is just a 7 minute (4 km) drive from Playa De Casasola and other beautiful beaches on the Costa del Sol. Gibraltar and Malaga-Costa del Sol airports are a 50 to 57 minute (51 to 61 km) drive from the apartment.

The property has a garage available for parking with direct access to the apartment by elevator or stairs.

We spent the whole month of November here. This is a very nice kept apartment where you you find everything you need. Exactly as the pictures show.It is in a small safe domain with a beautiful poolarea and gym.The host was very nice and kept contact to make sure everything was ok.It was great to sit out on the big nice terass and looking at the ocean and the view.We will for sure come back.Lotta and Arne

Good sized apartment with amazing views.Fantastic pool.

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and spacious to Spend time in and sitting of an evening having a meal on the balcony.Also enjoyed the pool area. Cons: The Location was too out of the way for us nothing in walking distance.So you definitely need a car. Bed linen could do with renewing, our opinion only.

The location was perfect for exploring the many little white villages up in the mountains. We had a wonderful holiday with our friends. The owner was extremely helpful and left clear instructions on how items worked.

The apartment has everything that you need: nice and modern furniture, fully-equipped kitchen, a big terrace with a stunning view on the sea (and BBQ) , ... Also the 2 swimming pools are perfect! The apartment is surrounded by nice gardens and the supermarket is just around the corner. It was very calm, but just a 10 min. drive from the beaches. The owner was very responsive and friendly! I would strongly recommend this apartment to everybody !

Pros: We stayed in this lovely apartment for 10 nights in August 2017. The apartment was clean, bright and very nicely decorated and furnished. It is situated on a beautiful complex that seems to be very well looked after. The apartment is in a great location, your are not far from anything. Benahavis which has some lovely restaurants is a short drive away, we also enjoyed a day trip to Ronda which is well worth a visit. If you just want to relax there are two swimming pools both with plenty of sun loungers. We would highly recommend it!

We loved the seaview in the livingroom and in the kitchen and on the terrace ! The location is very good near Marbella , San Pedro , Benahavis en Estepona.(5 or 10 minutes drive) The interior is very nice and the furnishing is modern and well designed. The kitchen is very parctical. The pool area is very calm and relaxing. 2 very nice swimmingpools. Support and service is excellent if you need something or have any questions. We enjoyed it !!! Can highly recommend it! We certainly come back!

Pros: We are a family of 4 who have spent a wonderful holiday week in this great apartment. It has a lovely terrace which we used both morning and evening for both meals and socialize. The kitchen is well stocked so you easily can cook of the goods purchased from the local supermarket which has both fresh meat and fish. The apartment is located in a quiet area with well-maintained green areas and pools. We took a few trips up to the town Benahavis which has some good and cozy restaurants. It can definitely recommend taking a trip up there. Cheap and good food . If you prefer a good steak the close by Tehuelche Grill Argentino is very good. Good service from the owner and the service staff. We give this apartment our best recommendations and will surely come back again.

Alles was netjes verzorgt en ook alles was aanwezig. 2 Prachtige heerlijke zwembaden en de omgeving wordt erg goed bijgehouden. Het is er heerlijk rustig en groen. Maar alles is goed te bereiken als je er op uit wilt. We hebben hier enorm genoten. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader en wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Køkkenet godt udstyret med ovn, kogeplader, mikroovn, opvaskemaskine, køle/fryseskab samt vaskemaskine i mindre bryggers. God stue med spisebord og sofaarrangement. 2 gode soveværelser og 2 badeværelser. Det er en fordel med en bil hvis man vil ud at se området, handle eller til stranden. Men området er udstyret med 2 lækre pools. Der er kun 500 meter til supermarked med stort udvalg. Her kommer vi gerne igen - der var god plads til 2 voksne med 2 store teenagebørn. God lejlighed til en afslapnings ferie / sol ferie.

Pros: En meget lekker leilighet med god plass til to/fire eller tre personer som vi var. Godt utstyrt kjøkken med alt du måtte føle at du trenger for å lage et deilig måltid hjemme. Kort vei til supermarked med meget godt vareutvalg. Gode senger, deilige baderom, en god terrasse til å nyte både måltider og kveldskos. Vi leide bil og forflyttet oss enkelt mellom strand og hus. På området Lomas del Marques er det vakker beplantning og alt godt vedlikeholdt. To fine bassengområder med solsenger tilgjengelig for beboerne. Benahavis er et fint område for golfere, gode shoppingmuligheter for de som liker det i Puerto Banus, fine strender med utleie av solsenger i SAN Pedro de Alcantara som var den stranda vi brukte. Vi vil ikke nøle med å anbefale denne leiligheten til andre. Vi har hatt to veldig deilige uker her.

Pros: Die Urbanisation Lomas del Marques ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Hier ist in der Person von Antonio und seiner Frau Ella sehr hilfsbereite Ansprechbare auch bei kleinsten Problemen (WLAN). Das Appartment fanden wir nach unseren Vorstellungen sehr ordentlich, sauber und mit auch optischen schönem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Unser Vermieter war immer kontaktierbar, was eine sicheren und zufriedenen Aufenthalt garantierte. Wer eine gepflegte und moderen Unterkunft zu schätzen weis, der sollte dort buchen, Wir werden es sicher wieder gerne tun. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Pros: Om onze jaarlijkse vakantie door te brengen, zijn we op speurtocht gegaan naar een leuk en gezellig appartement in zuid Spanje met zicht op zee. Ons oog was gevallen op een appartement in Benahavis in Marbella Spanje. We hebben contact opgenomen met de de zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en een verblijfsdatum en prijs afgesproken. Eens aangekomen, waren we direct verliefd geworden op het appartement, alles was heel verzorgt en het zag er net zo uit zoals op de foto's gepresenteerd op de website. De eigenaar heeft tijdens ons verblijf contact met ons opgenomen met de vraag of alles naar wens was, en we konden daar alleen maar heel positief op antwoorden. Enige minpuntje was dat onze vakantie in het mooie appartement zo kort van duur was, want het appartement met prachtige zicht heeft al onze wensen vervult die we verwachten van een vakantie. Dit appartement is zeker een aanrader, voor iemand die van rust houd en toch overal vlakbij is. Beste eigenaar, u kan ons volgend jaar zeker terug verwachten. Met vriendelijke groeten, Rich
