Great Home
Great home. You can stop shopping now and just book it. We've been full-time traveling Europe for 2 years now and this is the nicest place we've ever found. It has garage parking with an elevator lift to the apartment, therefore no steps to negotiate. The grounds are beautiful and when you enter the apartment you are greeted with high quality furnishings and a bottle of wine. It has Central heat and air rather than add on units. The internet works well and the TV is large. It has a couch that you actually want to sit on. Beautiful views out the windows. There is a large balcony that connects kitchen, living room and master bedroom with plenty of comfortable furniture and great views of the property. Kitchen is well equipped and washer dryer are in a separate closet on the patio so you don’t have to listen to the noise of them washing your clothes. The home has plenty of hardwood built-in closets, soft close drawers, high quality mattresses, and the most comfortable sheets and towels ever. Two and a half bath layout means two showers, one bathtub, and three commodes. All of them are equipped with high quality fixtures. It is tastefully decorated with lots of nice creature comforts: plenty of mirrors including a convex one for makeup, toothbrush holders and little plates and trays to put things on, digital scale, as well as placemats on the furniture so you don’t make a noise at night when placing your glasses on the nightstand. This is much more like a fine home than a vacation rental. I can’t comment on the golf since I'm not a golfer, but I can say the grounds are beautifully landscaped. We really didn't want to leave and would definitely stay here again.
