Located in Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol, this beautiful 56 sqm apartment has been recently renovated in June 2025 and accommodates up to 4 guests. You will find 1 spacious bedroom with an extra-large bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave grill, and you can enjoy private air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and elevator access. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request.



Step outside to your 2 private covered terraces where you can take in the beautiful mountain and sea views. The community features 2 shared outdoor pools open from June to September, including 1 dedicated children's pool and 1 adult pool, all surrounded by gardens. Shared parking is available at the property.



You will be situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol, close to beaches, Puerto Marina, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment offers step-free access and interior design for your convenience, with public transportation easily accessible nearby.
