Description given was extremely poor
Bedroom looked like a cave with a curtain over the arched entrance. The two bed settees were uncomfortable to sit on. No full time reception, using phone not easy. TV very limited. Picture from the balcony looked like the facilities were present, however they belonged to the Balmoral. Lounge area too narrow when you put the coffee table at the settee. Bedding and towels in previous apartments were changed weekly. Previous apartments in Benalmadena, had receptions, bedroom with window and wardrobe, bigger lounge area, At least one English channel.

We don't think this apartment should be let for long term.we don't think it was very comfortable. Also the bedroom was situated in the lounge and separated by just a curtain .There was everything in the apartment that you need.but only for short lets

Great Apartment
This is a great little apartment in a very central location. Marcos ( the owner) could not have been more helpful. It was great to have all the little details i.e. hairdryer, iron, washing machine at our disposal. Water , coffee, etc also provided which makes the apartment seem like home. Will definitely be back. The air conditioning needs cleaning
The apartment was very cold as the air conditioning wasn't working properly and large amounts of rust kept falling off onto the balcony. We did not get Netflix as promised.

A great location
We had an enjoyable 10 day stay at this well located apartment. The property was in OK condition with everything you need for a nice break. The apartment is in a block of apartments above shops and restaurants but this did not disturb us in anyway. The apartment was very quiet at night even though the apartment faced a large hotel. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again. I must say that Marcos the owner was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know.
