Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The accommodation did not match the expectations created by the listing. The property description stated that construction was taking place “near the community” and that “some noise may occasionally be heard,” but in reality there was major construction directly opposite the terrace from 7:00 a.m. to late afternoon every day, making it impossible to relax.To make matters worse, we had no hot water for a week and no air conditioning for eight days. To the letting agents credit they did try to resolve this but unfortunately we were still without hot water and air conditioning in lounge for over a week. The bedding was poor quality, mattresses and pillows were not properly protected, and cleanliness fell below an acceptable standard. The towels were also of poor quality. The communal facilities were inadequate, with only six sunbeds available around the pool for approximately 114 apartments.Overall, the property was not as advertised, and the combination of misleading information, lack of essential amenities, and poor standards had a significant negative impact on our holiday. I would not recommend this accommodation unless these issues are fully resolved and accurately disclosed to future guests.
