The charming holiday home "Balcon de Benalmadena Ocean Views" is located on the outskirts of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol and just a short walk from the beach up/down a small hill.. The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as cable TV with many international channels (including channels from the Nordic countries). A high chair is also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. The terrace features a lounge area with comfortable seating as well as sun loungers. Here you can start the day with a delicious breakfast and enjoy the spectacular views of the sea. The balcony on the first floor is furnished with a table and chairs ideal for any meal of the day through easy access from the kitchen.

The Junta de Andalusia has declared the entry into a situation of serious and exceptional drought shortage. This summer it is not known if it will be possible to use the community pool. The host will keep guests informed of any changes that are established according to the royal decree.
