Would highly recommend this hotel. Good transport links to Málaga. Very fresh décor, rooms a good size and we had a corner room that has a good size balcony with two chairs and a sunbed (ask for one on the west side if getting sun all day is important). Right on the seafront with access to the promenade to walk to Torremolinos. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast had a very good selection to suit all tastes, food was fresh and staff kept it topped up. A relaxing stay with no complaints.

Great property. Excellent access to pretty much everything in the area and with parking. Would not consider food to be 5 stars. I would rate it a 3 in comparison to 5 star Caribbean/Mexico All Inclusives (except Cuba, better than Cuba for sure).

The staff were more than welcoming and helpful. The hotel had great amenities such as a piano lounge, a small spa, a rooftop viewpoint, and a great buffet breakfast. The room was very clean, fresh and modern and although our room was situated on the side of the hotel, the angled balcony meant you could still see the beach and marina in the background. Great location to walk to the marina, local bars and restaurants and uphill to the train station. The outdoor area and pool were slightly small however there was access to loungers on the beach below the hotel also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Fabulous Hotel
This is the second time we have stayed here, it is a fabulous hotel. You can’t beat the location. Quiet enough to be relaxing but easily walkable to great restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area and steps down to the beach. Staff are amazing. David, Ana and Alexandro on reception can’t do enough for you and Pepi’s breakfast omelettes are delicious! We had a beautiful corner room (with a little help from David!) and the view was gorgeous. We can’t wait to return!

Decent Hotel
Front of hotel is feet from busy main road. Really need to have ocean view if you are a light sleeper. We had side room which reminded me of a cruise ship cabin. Still plenty of road noise. Terrace/balcony in our room was small but did receive plenty of sun. Gym was small and lacking in equipment. Breakfast was very good. Overall, we paid £250 more than four friends who were staying at two other nearby hotels. They had a better room, a better view and larger terrace. Our pool area was nice and afforded direct access to beach. We had a decent week, but were a tad disappointed that our extra money did not seem to provide us with anything extra in return. Staff were pleasant.

Great hotel
Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was spot on. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. They even have reserved beds on the beach that you can use which I think is a great little touch for guests. The icing on the cake is the amazing roof top bar, great sunsets.

Faboulous stay! Wish we had stayed longer!
The hotel is wonderful! Very clean and the staff are all so helpful, friendly and professional. They think of everything between a lovely pool, rooftop bar, you can get drinks and food by the pool, it’s steps to the beach and they have 20 sun beds through a 3rd party that you canids for free either in the morning or afternoon. You just need to reserve them the morning of. We were able to get them and they were very comfortable. Also they have lots of daily activities going on around but it’s not overwhelming. Just a perfect amount. We met many people who were repeat customers and we too plan on returning when in Spain again. Thank you so much for making our short stay extra special by acknowledging our anniversary with the cute towel animals and bottle of champagne. Thank you so much!

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we were extremely impressed. Great facilities, no trouble ever getting a sun bed, great activities for children and most of all; superb staff. I can’t over emphasise how great all the staff are here. Always keen to help and smiling, they work long hours too. We look forward to returning and are sad to leave.

The hotel location is superb, just a few steps away from promenade and beach. Marina is a 10 minute walk but a nice one at that. It is a must visit as it has a great atmosphere, very picturesque , has nice shops and restaurants(try Sakura, InAsia and Cinnamon Bay). The hotel itself is good. I would recommend getting sea view as the scenery is exceptional. Rooms are nice, the outside bathroom sink is odd, but you get use to it. Breakfast is excellent, lunch and dinner ok. Oh, the orange juice at breakfast is heaven. Service is good at hotel especially reception area. There are 2 pools one indoor which is heated, one outdoor which is positioned such that you also get great views of the beach.There is a sauna also. Gym is not really well equipped such that I didn't use it. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our time, minus a few things. Pluses- great staff, especially at the front desk. The staff is warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is located right on the beach and the promenade. The rooms are spacious and clean (splurge for oceanfront- excellent view of the sea).The breakfast is outstanding. The Port is a short 5-10 minute walk. Benalmedina Pueblo is an inexpensive bus ride with a stop across the street, where you can go to have an amazing view of much of Costa del Sol. The pool area is small but nice as well. Minuses- the website states free umbrellas and chairs- but there's only 30 for a large hotel, and you have to sign up for them at 8 am, first come first served, no guarantees. And you can only use them for 4 hours. We decided to go to the next beach block where for €14 you can have an umbrella and two chairs plus wifi for the whole day without having to be up at the crack of dawn to reserve. Also, there's many steps down to get to the beach (and back up), no elevator if you have walking troubles. And on those steps is a stink of sewage at all times. Also, if you enter the property from the promenade after 10 pm, you must walk many flights to reach the entrance to the front of the property. One last note, if you have a room on the 7th floor, beware- there will be lots of noise over your head until the bar on the 8th floor closes after 1 pm (although the noise continued until like 2). Better to have a lower floor if you like sleep.

Lovely hotel! Staff were all super friendly and helpful made sure we was super comfortable during our stay. We had half board and food was great and the chefs happily accommodated to our dietary requests. Hotel was clean and our rooms were good size. Room was cleaned everyday. Our first time in Benalmadena and we loved it. The hotel is wonderful. A perfect location right on the beach, with direct access down steps at the back. The pool area is spotless with lots of sun beds, a snack bar and bar alongside. The pool was freezing in April but we still enjoyed a dip everyday! Our room was a corner room with amazing views. It was lovely to go to sleep each night with the sound of waves crashing below. The room had a fridge, safe, kettle and hairdryer and the comfiest bed ever. It was cleaned everyday and towels changed if we wished. We ate breakfast everyday and the buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food. Omelettes made to order were delicious. We chose to eat ours out on the terrace overlooking the pool and sea front. The roof top bar has great views and a good range of drinks. There are lots of good places to eat nearby. Sardines on the promenade are a must and I recommend las brisas, also on the promenade. We found a great little tapas place just up the road Taperia La Bodeguita and also ate at the port a couple of times. There’s a good bar just across the road, the London Cafe, if you want to watch sport. We caught the bus to Torremolinos and walked back along the seafront. It’s about an hours walk and is lovely. We also went up into Arroyo de la Miel which has lovely little streets to walk through. The hotel is in a great location for everything and the staff are brilliant. So friendly, polite and helpful. We loved everything
