Benalmadena is the perfect place to enjoy the sun. With this apartment in the Pueblo Evita Resort, your vacation will be even better! The apartment has access to an in-ground pool, and rooftop pool sun all day and a five-minute walk to the beach. Perfect when you want to be close to everything but avoid noise. The apartment is close to the main street with restaurants, bars, the beach, shops, amusement park etc.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove and fridge/freezer. The kitchen consists of everything you need to cook a big meal on the day you'd rather be at home than going out.
The apartment has a combined dining room and living room with a dining table with four to six chairs. There is a three-seater sofa bed and armchairs and coffee table.
From the living room you come out onto one of two balconies. The balcony has a table and six chairs and is perfect for breakfast, coffee or a proper dinner where you can look out over the pool area.
The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. It has a private bathroom. The large bedroom also leads out to the apartment's second terrace with deckchairs, umbrellas, also the one with a view of the pool area.
The second bedroom consists of two single beds that can be pushed together if needed
Between the two bedrooms is the second bathroom which has a shower. This bathroom also has a washing machine so you can always have clean clothes!

This is our second time at this property. Host is very responsible and helpful.The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Near the beach, trains and buses and nice supermarket.The complex is beautiful. food and service.
Lovely property in the centre of the complex. 2 large terraces overlooking the pool, restaurant and bar. Lots of eateries and 2 supermarkets nearby
( Smaller super market literally next door-less than 100 meters away) Would highly recommend.
The apartment was everything we needed for our stay, views over the pool and all was very clean. Perfect location for all restaurants and bars, the clubhouse on site was great and run by a lovely couple, also Sam’s Bar, would definitely recommend this complex and would return
No contact with manager.she sent video with instructions to enter but we had no wifi to get them.Front desk of complex very helpful. Owner prompt in responding to emails. On site restaurant has great food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
The apartment was top class, very clean and everything you could possibly need even a bottle of water and a bottle of wine 🍾, it is just a short walk away from some of the best restaurants I've eaten at and the beach too, and there is a park with a huge lake just around a few corners. Sam's bar in the Pueblo Evita site is also a good hangout if you just want to spend a day around the pool or the football is on and there is also a man cooking pizzas on site if you would just like to grab something good and tasty without heading out. All in all we had a fantastic time in comfort.
Lovely 2 bed 2 bath apt with 2 terraced overlooking the pool and clubhouse.Not that many steps to negotiate considering the steep incline of the hill. All rooms have a/c which looks new and works very well. The only negatives for our stay were there were no pool/beach towels provided. We haven't packed our own towels for years. So we had to buy some really grotty ones at the Chinese supermarket at 7 euros each. We left them for the next guests. Also the quality of the bathroom towels are very poor and thin. They could do with upgrading/replacing more often. A welcome pack would be nice for late arrivals like us (10 pm) some water orand some fruit or potato crisps etc.On the whole though nice apt good location and friendly staff in the complex. Need more English speaking TV channels.
The apartment was very clean and made very presentable , the apartment has everything you need and as a family of 5 it is perfect , also its position, right next to the pool and clubhouse ,and super market just 5 minutes walk ,
We stayed in the apartment for 1 week in May 2022 , it was spotlessly clean , very modern , everything looked to be brand new , kitchen , bathrooms , beds and bedding , furniture and even tv’s .
The location was perfect for us , close to bars , restaurants , supermarket , beach and bus and rail transport links .
It was so good that we’ve booked to stay here again

Beautiful apartment.Everything is new. Communication with the owner was excellent. Location cannot be beat, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the train station and across the street from large supermarket. Hope to return.
Overall this property was good. Location was superb. Minutes to the beach. I would have liked better quality towels as I was washing them everyday as they were so thin. During our month stay we had to ask to have the bathroom shower tray resealed as we had ants,but also the whole of the tiling in there needs attention.The shower head in that bathroom was broken which we did report after a few days however, it was fixed the day before we came home.!. Generally ,the apartment needs attention ie painting etc. Also ,a new washing airer as it is rusted in places and comes off on your clothes. Being there for a month,this was a necessity for us. We did however,enjoy our stay here but just wanted to point out a few oroblems.
Had the best time at Pueblo Evita. Everyone wants different things from their holiday but this was exactly what I wanted. Appartment overlooks pool. It has 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 balcony’s, air conditioning in each room was amazing. Travelled 22–29 June 23 and it was 30 degrees. My 2 teenagers loved the pool being so close. Loved the freshly made pizza beside the pool which were so good it was hard to get them
Go go anywhere else. 5 mins walk to end of street is the beach and the taxi rank to bring you wherever. €6 taxi fare to take you to Puerto Marina. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance and food everywhere was good.
We had a problem once, our fault my teenager walked out of apartment and left keys behind on a Sunday too. Kelly the agent wasn’t nearby that day but she did help us get sorted. On that day I went to reception but they were quite clear and a little abrupt that they had nothing to do with privately owned appartments but I can understand this to a certain degree. All in all a great stay.
En fin lägenhet som hade allt som behövdes. Nära till poolen och bara en kort promenad till stranden. Massa restauranger i närheten och även en Mercadona. Enkel incheckning och supersnabba svar från ägarna. Enda negativa var att det var svårt att få solstolar vid poolen om man inte var på plats precis när de öppnade, men så är det ju på de flesta ställen. Det var värt att ta trapporna till takpoolen som var lite lugnare.
Appartement très bien situé, près des transports en commun, mer et une grande epicerie à deux pas..le propriétaire est avenant et rapide aux demandes. C’est ma deuxième année, je vous le recommande!
Ce complexe d’appartements est très bien situé look espagnol très typique, près de tout ( l’épicerie, restos, la mer, le bus) facile de stationner avec voiture.
Les gens sont accueillants, souriants partout où on va. L’appartement vraiment super comme les images sur le site. Nous avons fait plusieurs villes d’Andalousie ( Séville, Nerja, Gibraltar, Cordou, Malaga, etc…) j’y retournerais sans hésiter. Merci Monsieur Kenneth.
Super séjour dans un appartement lumineux. Une très belle chambre avec la salle de bains attenante, une plus petite avec des lits jumeaux avec salle de douche dans le couloir. L"appartement était propre, assez bien équipé, deux belles terrasses avec vue sur la piscine. Four, micro-onde, grille pain, lave vaisselle, lave linge. Manque des couverts de rechange et un faitout plus grand.
Petit bémol, des voisins indélicats qui ont fait du bruit jusqu'à plus de 2 heurs du matin et le bruit d'un marteau piqueur pendant 15 jours.
Bénalmadéna est une belle ville avec une belle promenade en front de mer, un grand jardin, des marchés. Située à quelques kilomètres de Malaga, à une centaine de Mijas, du balcon de l'Europe (magnifique point de vue !).
Le soleil était présent pendant plus de 25 jours. Les 5 jours restants étaient mitigés. On a pu déjeuner sur la terrasse la plupart du temps.
Excellent séjour. Avons été tristes de devoir quitter les lieux..
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace très fonctionnel du condo en plus des 2 terrasses et la propreté des lieux. Condo très bien situé près de toutes les commodités, restaurants, transport, épicerie,pharmacie. L'aménagement du site des plus adéquat, personnel très gentil, ont rendu notre séjour très agréable.
