Beautiful Penthouse on two floors with magnificent sea views with quality finishes and beachfront (Carvajal-Cuban). Ideal to relax and enjoy watching the sea .. Salon with sliding roof and large windows with safety glass. Double glazed windows and close to prevent noise. Fireplace, wifi internet and tv sony Full HD screen. Docking station for iphone / ipad with AirPlay. All electordomésticos and hairdryer. Dimmable lights. air-heat pump. Adapted for children.
Solarium with barbecue top floor Bungalow conservatory with panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast, with Balinese bed and private jacuzzi, minibar, wardrobe and toilet. Two double beds (one in the Bungaloo), 2 bunk beds and a puff bed (1 90cm). It features 2 swimming pools and paddle tennis, 2 parking spaces.
Water sports (snorkeling, kayaking, kite surfing, etc ..) and wide promenade from Puerto Marina in Fuengirola. Bars and waterfront restaurants 200mt. Shopping centers within 10 minutes drive (Miramar, square, Glen). Luxury restaurants nearby, Club Reserve Higueron 5 minutes (national tournament Padel Protour).

Had a lovely stay with my family...and then it was ruined.
The positives: The property is absolutely gorgeous and my family enjoyed their stay. I stayed with my husband, my father, and 2 children. The pool was lovely and the property is a 10 minute walk to the beach across the way. The listing was accurate with the exception that the upstairs (separate) Balinese bedroom does not have air conditioning. This was fine during our May stay, but could be a problem during hotter months.
The issue came after our stay. The owner did not interact with us at all except via text at check in which was fine, but then I was told I would be charged 400 euros for "damages". We left the house on checkout day, early, in pristine condition. We cleaned, took out the trash, and went above what the owner had instructed, checking all rooms. Two days later, I was sent a message from the owner saying that everything. Is broken..padlocks, a hose, torn and stained sheets. It was shocking and upsetting and put a damper on our first trip to Spain. Please be careful when booking this listing. It is apparently too good to be true.

Amazing villa
The property itself was superb and the contact with Marcel until he didn’t respond to me message during the stay. The apartment is beautiful I have never stayed anywhere with a more beautiful view.
The neighbourhood is quiet and far away from bars and restaurant . There are a couple of local ones that were very good though and public transport is plentiful . My one recommendation would be get a taxi from the airport it is a long uphill hike.

Desde La Azotea from a beautiful home
Upon arrival we found the home to beautiful. Amazing views from the main floor. The full wall of windows exposed the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, breathtaking. Then came the most amazing part La Azotea. The spiral staircase with the most serene and beautiful views with a full room bath and water closet. It was nice to sleep in a room with glass walls that we kept open at night to allow not only the fresh salty air, but also the soothing sounds of the waves as they gently lapped the shores. I would definitely stay at Marcel's home the next time I visit if it's available.
If you have the opportunity this home is a real delight.

Al llegar nos encontramos con la casa preciosa. Increíbles vistas desde el piso principal. La pared llena de ventanas expuso la belleza del mar Mediterráneo, impresionante. Luego vino la parte más sorprendente La Azotea. La escalera de caracol con las vistas más serenas y hermosas con un baño completo y un inodoro. Fue agradable dormir en una habitación con paredes de vidrio que mantuvimos abiertas por la noche para permitir no solo el aire fresco y salado, sino también los suaves sonidos de las olas mientras lamían suavemente las orillas. Definitivamente me quedaría en la casa de Marcel la próxima vez que visite si está disponible.
Si tiene la oportunidad, esta casa es una verdadera delicia.

FABULOUS
Absolutely beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean with the most fabulous views. It is between Benalmádena & Fuengirola, so a hired car is advised, although who wants to drive on holiday ? We just got a taxi into Fuengirola everyday, which meant we could have a beer with our lunch. Would I return to this apartment ? absolutely.

Beautiful apartment. Unbelievable view!
It was amazing!!! The apartment is beautiful, well decorated, and perfectly designed to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The location is great and the view is unforgettable! We all loved it! Marcel and Inma were so nice and accomodating. Thank you!
