A Luxury, and morden, fully furnished air-conditioned 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, residential resort near Fuengirola. Only a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport. Private garage parking. Two outdoor swimming pools, lovely gardens. This superb apartment offers a fully equipped fitted kitchen. It is fully furnished with hot/cold air-conditioning.The apartment is extremely child friendly with large open areas of grass to play and a large swimming pool all within sight of the apartment’s private patio area. This is equipped with a 4 seater table. Wi Fi included and English channels.
In accordance with Spanish regulations we are registered with the Local Tourist Board and Local Authorities to authorise us to rent out our property.
Would also suit couples looking for time to relax over a glass of wine but close to the vibrant resorts of Marbella, Malaga, Fuengirola and Mijas and the famous Marina in Benalmadena. Or those wanting to enjoy the Costa del Golf. 10 minute walk down to beach and bars
