About this property

Modern apartment, all close, beach, train, and wifi

  • his renovated apartment is very well situated. It has in 5 mins walking the beach, in 5 mins the train station, and in 2 mins the bus station to go to many places of the coast or Málaga.
    The terrace is great, you will enjoy with your family or friends with a lovely garden. You can access to it and to the pool directly! To have a bath of sun, or swim or play in the pool.

    We have a confortable and modern sitting-room-kitchen to see the smart-tv and prepare your meals.
    Also, we have a integrated speakers bluetooth. You will be able to listen the music of your mobile, tablet or other device with bluetooth.

    The apartment have air aconditioning with air recirculation system in all the spaces.

    A ideal place to enjoy a fews days in the Coast of Benalmadena.
    We have more of 4 years renting our Villa here and had in 2017 the Certificate of Excellente.
    The Bookings is available from the begining of June.
