Villa Olmedo Benalmádena by Ruralidays

Luxury villa located in Benalmádena, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This spectacular, three-storey luxury villa is something you won’t be able to leave easily. It will make you live like a king and allow you and your family/friends to spend some relaxing holidays in Costa del Sol.

The main floor, which is also the middle one, welcomes an enormous dining-living room, with fireplace, comfortable sofas and spectacular views of the garden and the Mediterranean Sea, a wide, thoroughly equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two twin beds, which is also provided with a dressing room and an en-suite with Jacuzzi.

On the top floor, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed, a dressing room and an en-suite with a Jacuzzi; another bedroom is also provided with one double bed, and, in the third bedroom, you will find two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

On the lowest floor, which is also provided with an independent entrance, there are two living rooms, one small kitchen, an independent toilet, one bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. One features a double bed and an en-suite with Jacuzzi, while the other relies on two twin beds.

The whole villa is provided with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor area is simply mesmerising. You can spot the Mediterranean Sea from both the terraces and the private pool, which is located in a fenced garden. Next to it, you will also find an outdoor shower and an outdoor bathroom with shower.

The access to the villa is completely paved.

A really great villa with a splendid pool. Rooms are big and very clean.The garden is really great for kids to play tennis or football, all equipment is available. Nice terrace to lounge and Edward is willing to help with everything. We had a really relaxed and luxury vacation. (2 families with kids).

Wir waren eine 11-köpfige Familie mit 1 Baby und alles war perfekt. Die Villa entspricht der Ankündigung. Wir waren begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit der Besitzer. Die Dienstleistungen der Villa sind bemerkenswert. Die Villa ist perfekt gepflegt, mit einem Gärtner, der während des Aufenthaltes den Pool und das Grundstück pflegt.

Absolut eine großartige Erfahrung. Wir waren 4 Familien und das Haus ist einfach perfekt für bis zu 12 Personen. Gute Qualität der Betten, Bettwäsche, Küchengeräte und alles. Sehr schöne Terrasse zum Essen, Grillen und Entspannen. Schöner Pool und gute Qualität der Sonnenliegen. Wir fühlten uns alle sehr willkommen von den Besitzern, große Gastfreundschaft. Werde definitiv wieder in dieses Haus gehen, wenn wir wieder mit einer Gruppe von Freunden nach Benalmadena reisen.

L'annonce correspond exactement à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place: une villa, remarquablement entretenus, tout très confortable et luxueux. Si vous recherchez un endroit à la fois calme et proche d'activités ou de curiosités touristiques, ne cherchez plus, c'est là !
