The Space
The apartment is located on the beachfront with direct ocean views in the Benal Beach complex.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a nightstand, and a lamp.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two beds and a nightstand.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a two-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV with a side table, a dining table with four chairs, a modern coffee table, and direct access to the terrace.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, oven, and refrigerator.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, a modern toilet, and a sink with a drawer. You’ll also have a shower mat and towels.

TERRACE
You’ll have access to a spacious, sunny terrace with direct views of the ocean and the resort’s gardens, complete with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs—ideal for enjoying family gatherings and beautiful sunrises.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and city centre Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and near attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Centre, the cable car, and Castillo Bill Bill.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away.
