The apartment is located right on the beachfront with unobstructed views of the ocean and the gardens of the Benal Beach complex.

The bedroom has a double bed (135x200 cm), two nightstands with lamps, outlets on either side of the bed, and a built-in closet.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features two double sofa beds (130x190 cm), a Smart TV with a side table, a dining table with four chairs, a lamp, and a coffee table.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, and refrigerator. A washing machine is also available.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also have a shower mat, towels, and a hair dryer.

TERRACES
You’ll have access to a spacious terrace with direct ocean views, a table, chairs, and lounge chairs—ideal for enjoying a family gathering.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and city centre Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and is close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Centre, the cable car, and Castillo Bill Bill.
