The Space
The apartment is located in Puerto Marina, near the islands, and is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. inside you’ll find:

BEDROOM
It’s a spacious room with a double bed (180x200 cm), nightstands with outlets next to the bed, a mirror, and two large built-in closets; a safe; a balcony with views of the sea and the surrounding area; and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.

The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), nightstands with outlets next to the beds, a mirror, two spacious built-in closets, a safe, and a balcony with views of the sea and the surrounding area.

BATHROOM
The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also find a shower mat, a laundry basket, a hair dryer, and towels.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a Smart TV, a fireplace, a dining area, and a large glass door leading out to the main terrace with views of the boats and Puerto Marina.

The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, as well as free Wi-Fi (private internet connection inside the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you’ll find comfortable furniture where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and the spectacular sunsets over the harbour.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. You’ll also have access to an iron and ironing board.

Amenities and Common Areas
The apartment is located on the ground floor (no lift) on the Puerto Marina boardwalk, so you’ll have all kinds of restaurants and plenty of shops, a large supermarket, and a taxi rank just a few metres away.

The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and the beautiful boardwalk runs right below the apartment.

There is public street parking around the building; you won’t need to take the car since the area is so convenient, with absolutely everything you need right near the building.
